North Sails' Class Sail Development (CSD) (formerly known as Class Development Program or CDP) was created to serve the most active Offshore One Designs with competitive, specialized sails and service. We offer cutting edge products from salesmen and designers who know the classes and race the boats. CSD brings that knowledge to you.

Many of our designs and techniques trickle down from America’s Cup and Volvo Ocean Races, where North-powered boats dominate the field. Those speed and durability developments help all levels of our product, and are applied rigorously in our CSD classes.
