General Position Overview

Gantry Operator:
The gantry operation is the final assembly area for all molded sails. Each step of the process requires inspections for quality. Operators will be standing, kneeling or suspended in a hang glider bag for the entire shift.

Films Operator:
In films, material is cut using a computer guided laser plotter. These materials are then assembled in order using special tapes and materials on long tables. Each product is custom and may require a specified assembly process. Quality is key and the position requires standing for the entire shift.
